Introduction:

Elastic effect offset printing heat transfer sticker,  is produced by impoted tpu chemical, using PET release film as substrate.It's eco-friendly product and colorful. It has passed the SGS environmental certificate and with good washing and color fastness.  it is with high elastic effect and usually applied for flex fabric like cotton, advertisement t-shirt etc. 

Main specification:

1. High elastic and soft hand feeling
2. Good washing resistance, can be washed 40-60 times , 30 mins/time.
3. With vivid color
4. sheet size : 48*64cm & 39*54cm
5. Ink thickness: 100-120 micron

The transfer process is very easy 
1. Set the temperature, time and pressure for mahcine 
2. Put the sticker on the fabric 
3. Press: transfer temperature: 150-160 ℃,tranfer time: 12-15s
4. Peeling: cold / hot peeling
